Setting Up A Clothes Swap

The Clothes Swap Group consists of:

Brigitte Todd: Originated the idea for the current swap model in 2002, in Ortonville, Oakland County, Michigan. Since then, Brigitte has held semi-annual swaps in Ortonville and Holly, Michigan.

Courtenay Grabowski: Started the semi-annual Lake Orion in 2005 in Oakland County, Michigan.

Linda Vielhaber: Brought the swaps to Macomb County in 2007, with the first semi-annual swap in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Karen Olsen: Started the semi-annual Clinton Township swap in 2008, in Macomb County, Michigan. Karen is the Director of Great Start Macomb. Maria Meyers, a member of the Great Start Macomb Parent Coalition, brought the idea to a meeting.
